We watch the alerts and act. Uptime, malware flags, failed backups, resource warnings. Normally some of these are a notify-and-wait. During SickMode we act first and tell you after.
We hold the line with your clients. We want your clients to know that even when you're out, they are in safe hands.
You get a recap. When you come back, a short written summary of what happened, what we did, what's still open, and what needs you. No archaeology.
